1. Welcome
1.1 We are Wellness Afloat Pty Ltd, trading as Wellness Afloat.
1.2 We welcome you aboard The ARK, our floating wellness vessel on Sydney Harbour, for a
transformative two-hour experience of “Heat, Plunge, Revitalise”. Enjoy our handcrafted cedar
sauna, cold water immersion, panoramic harbour views, and curated recovery experience.
1.3 By booking, boarding or using any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms &
Conditions, including all schedules and policies published on our website and updated from time to
time.
1.4 These Terms are designed to ensure clarity, safety and enjoyment for all guests aboard The
ARK.

2. Age Restrictions
2.1 For the safety and comfort of all guests, all participants must be 16 years or older.
2.2 Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult who accepts these
Terms on their behalf and supervises them throughout the experience.
2.3 We maintain an adult-only policy to ensure an optimal wellness environment. Children under 16
are not permitted aboard The ARK under any circumstances.

3. Conditions of Use
General
3.1 You agree to use The ARK’s facilities at your own risk and to comply with all instructions from
our Wellness Guides and Skipper at all times.
3.2 Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup at Campbell Cove. Late arrivals
may miss boarding and forfeit the session without refund.
3.3 Sessions run for 2 hours, including tender transfer and onboard experience.

Medical
3.4 You must not use the sauna or participate in cold plunges if you:
have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, high/low blood pressure, or are pregnant;
are prone to fainting, dizziness, or extreme sensitivity to hot or cold temperatures.
3.5 Consult your doctor before booking if you have any pre-existing health conditions.
3.6 Stay hydrated. We provide filtered water and organic herbal tea.
3.7 For first-time users, we recommend up to 15–20 minutes per sauna round, with breaks and
cool-down periods in between.
3.8 Cold plunges in the designated swimming area are only for capable swimmers. Non-swimmers
may use the onboard cold splash shower.
3.9 You acknowledge Wellness Afloat is not liable for injury related to heat exposure, cold shock,
immersion in water, or existing medical conditions.

4. Attire, Belongings, and Behaviour
4.1 Swimwear is mandatory. Nudity is not permitted.
4.2 Bring only essential personal items in a secure, closable bag. Storage is limited. We accept no
liability for lost, damaged, or overboard items.
4.3 Guests must behave respectfully and avoid disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. We reserve
the right to remove any guest in breach of these Terms.

5. Sauna Etiquette
5.1 While using the sauna, guests must:
Sit on a towel at all times (provided);
Avoid food, alcohol, or sugary beverages inside the sauna (water only);
5.2 Be mindful of the shared space, particularly during Collective Experiences. Respect others’
privacy and relaxation.

6. Food, Drinks & Alcohol
6.1 Organic herbal tea and filtered water are provided.
6.2 Guests may bring light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks for deck consumption. Alcohol is not
permitted during Collective Experiences.
6.3 Alcohol may be pre-approved as part of a private Exclusive Experience. Contact us to discuss.
6.4 Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited aboard The ARK and tender vessel.

7. Payments
7.1 Prices are listed on our website and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
7.2 All bookings must be paid for online in advance via our booking platform.
7.3 Payment processing fees may apply at checkout.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
By You
8.1 You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us directly or via your account.
48+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule.
Less than 48 hours: Contact us. We may offer rescheduling at our discretion, but refunds are not
guaranteed.

By Us
8.2 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, safety concerns, or
mechanical issues. If so, you will receive the choice of a refund or rescheduled session.
8.3 We may vary sailing routes at the Skipper’s discretion due to changing harbour conditions.

9. Refund Policy
9.1 Refunds are available as per Section 8 and not for:
No-shows or late arrivals;
Guests removed due to breach of Terms;
Medical ineligibility disclosed after booking.

10. Indemnity
10.1 You agree to indemnify Wellness Afloat for any loss, damage or liability arising from your
participation, including property damage, injury, or legal costs, to the maximum extent permitted by
law.

11. Liability
11.1 You release Wellness Afloat and its team from all liability for any injury, illness, loss, or
damage incurred during your time with us, to the extent permitted by law.
11.2 Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid.

12. Photography
12.1 You may take photos aboard The ARK, but please respect others’ privacy, especially during
Collective Experiences.
12.2 Professional photo/video sessions must be pre-approved.

13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be
resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
